Application Process - Head Office
Our Talent Acquisition Team is here to support you and we want you to be successful. That’s why our process allows you to showcase your strengths in manageable, bite-sized segments. Below is an outline of the application and interview process for the majority of our head office roles, including what to expect on the journey.
Step 1: Online Application
Explore all our open vacancies below and when you find your ideal opportunity, complete an online application form and upload your CV. We’ll review your application and one of our Talent Acquisition Partners will contact you by phone or email. If shortlisted, we will look to arrange an initial call with you to discuss your application.
Step 2: Virtual Interview
It's all about you. The main aim is to find out more about you in this session, where you'll meet the hiring manager and a member of the wider team. During this interview the hiring manager will delve into your career experiences, and ask you 5 competency-based questions that are aligned with our company values. You are also welcome to ask any question you may have about Three or the position. It should last roughly an hour.
Prior to the interview, you'll be asked to complete a short online assessment, based on our company values. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide you with more details when booking the session.
Step 3: In-person interview
In this final stage, we’ll invite you to the office for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a member of the wider team. It usually lasts about an hour. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate more of your skills, and also see our fantastic office.
Prior to this meeting, we'll give you a relevant topic and ask you to prepare a brief presentation, usually 20 minutes. You can choose to present this in any way you deem suitable to help demonstrate your skill set most effectively.
Step 4: Offer / Induction Session
Once you've completed the process, one of our Talent Acquisition Partners will let you know the outcome of your application. If you have been successful, they will talk you through your offer details and answer any questions you may have.
Starting your journey at Three is exciting but you may be feeling nervous. We will continue to support you all the way. You’ll receive an email from the Talent Development team, which will outline the structure of your first day and your induction alongside other new starters so you are not alone.
If it’s not the outcome you’re hoping for, we aim to provide feedback within 72 hours to support you in future interviews. We would recommend you sign up for job alerts to be notified if other suitable position become available.
